We manufacture flat washers (DIN 125 / ISO 7089, BS 4320), large OD and fender washers (DIN 9021 / ISO 7093), shims, sealing washers, spring and serrated washers, and custom-shaped washers in aluminium.
1050 and 1100 are used for soft sealing washers, 5052 and 5754 for general flat washers, and 6061 where higher strength is needed.

Standard washers from M2 to M48 and #2 to 2 in are available, as well as custom inside diameters, outside diameters and thicknesses.
DIN 125 / ISO 7089, ISO 7090, DIN 9021 / ISO 7093, DIN 7603 (sealing), BS 4320 and ASME B18.22.1 are the most commonly requested.
Punched washers follow the strip thickness tolerance; precision washers and shims can be held to ±0.02 mm or better.
