Custom Castings

Bespoke Custom Aluminium Castings for Your Unique Needs

At Conex, we specialize in delivering customised aluminium castings tailored to your exact specifications. Combining flexibility with cutting-edge casting techniques, we create components that fit seamlessly into your systems.

Designed with precision and adaptability, Conex’s Custom Aluminium Castings cater to industries like aerospace, automotive, and heavy machinery, ensuring top-tier performance.

Our Custom Aluminium Castings are crafted using **advanced manufacturing technologies** that ensure consistency, strength, and precision. Whether you require intricate designs, large-scale productions, or components with specific mechanical properties, Conex provides the flexibility to meet your exact needs. From high-strength alloys to complex geometries, our solutions integrate seamlessly into automotive systems, industrial machinery, and more. Every casting is rigorously tested to guarantee it meets the highest industry standards for **durability**, **performance**, and **safety**.

Sand casting, gravity die casting, low-pressure casting and high-pressure die casting are available. The process is selected by size, complexity, volume and required mechanical properties.

LM6, LM25/A356, LM24/A380, ADC12, LM2 and LM4 are standard, and customer-specified alloys to BS 1490, EN 1706 or ASTM B26/B108 can be cast.

Castings from a few grams to about 50 kg are typical, depending on the process and pattern size.

As-cast tolerances follow ISO 8062 grades (CT5–CT10 depending on process); critical features are CNC machined to tight tolerances.

Yes. LM25/A356 sand and gravity castings are commonly heat treated to T6 for higher strength and hardness.

Shot blasting, powder coating, painting, anodizing on suitable alloys, and chromate conversion coating are available.

Through gating and riser design, melt degassing, solidification simulation and inspection such as X-ray and leak testing.

Yes. We machine castings on CNC turning and machining centres to deliver finished, ready-to-fit parts.

Tooling paid for by the customer remains the customer's property and is maintained by us.

Spectrometer analysis of each melt, dimensional checks, visual inspection and optional X-ray, dye-penetrant or leak testing.

Sand castings are practical from 10 pieces; die casting becomes economical at higher annual volumes.

Yes. We can measure a sample, create a 3D model and make new patterns or dies.

Patterns and dies take 3–6 weeks; samples follow, and production is typically 4–6 weeks after approval.

Please provide the 3D model, drawing, alloy, finish, machining requirements and annual quantity.
