Durable and Precision-Engineered Aluminium Threaded Studs

Conex’s Aluminium Threaded Studs are engineered for secure fastening, offering durability, lightweight strength, and corrosion resistance for various industrial applications.

Precision-crafted Aluminium Threaded Studs by Conex, delivering reliability, strength, and exceptional performance for industrial and mechanical fastening needs.

At Conex Aluminium Components, we manufacture **Aluminium Threaded Studs** designed for dependable fastening in a variety of industrial and commercial applications. Crafted from premium-grade aluminium, these threaded studs offer excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight durability, and precision-engineered threading for reliable connections. Ideal for use in construction, machinery, and automotive systems, our threaded studs are available in standard sizes and customizable options to meet specific project requirements. Conex ensures that each stud delivers superior performance, stability, and long-lasting reliability in demanding environments.

Fully threaded rods, double-ended studs, tap-end studs (different thread lengths each end), stepped studs with different thread sizes, and weld studs are available.

6061-T6 is used for general-purpose studs, 2024-T4 and 7075-T6 for high-strength applications, and 5056 or 6061 for weld studs.

Metric M3–M24 and UNC/UNF #4 to 1 in threads are available, rolled or cut, with 6g or 2A/3A tolerances.

An engagement of at least 1.5–2 times the stud diameter is recommended in aluminium housings. Helical coil inserts increase thread strength and durability.

Yes. Aluminium studs are used in terminal blocks, transformer and busbar connections. Tin plating improves contact stability.

Natural, clear or colour anodized, chromate conversion and tin plated finishes are available.

Yes. Complete stud kits with matching aluminium or stainless nuts and washers can be supplied.

Tensile strength depends on alloy: roughly 310 MPa for 6061-T6, 425 MPa for 2024-T4 and 570 MPa for 7075-T6.

Yes. Aluminium weld studs are attached by capacitor-discharge or drawn-arc stud welding to aluminium sheet and structures.

Yes, making them suitable for electronic, medical and instrument assemblies that must avoid magnetic interference.

Use anti-seize compound or anodized threads, particularly when mating aluminium studs with stainless steel nuts.

Yes. Custom lengths, threads, shoulders, flats and chamfers are produced from drawings, from an MOQ of 10 pieces.

Samples are typically available within 2–3 weeks and production within 4–6 weeks.

Please share thread sizes and lengths, overall length, alloy, finish and quantity.
