High-Quality Aluminium Hex Nuts for Secure Fastening

Conex’s Aluminium Hex Nuts are engineered for strength and durability, offering reliable fastening solutions with excellent corrosion resistance for industrial and commercial use.

Precision-engineered Aluminium Hex Nuts by Conex, designed for secure and durable fastening in diverse applications.

At Conex Aluminium Components, we manufacture **Aluminium Hex Nuts** that provide reliable fastening solutions for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. These nuts are made from high-grade aluminium, offering lightweight durability and excellent resistance to corrosion, making them suitable for use in harsh environments. Designed for precise threading and secure connections, our hex nuts are compatible with a wide range of bolts and studs. Available in standard sizes or customizable options, Conex ensures that each nut meets specific project requirements, delivering strength, reliability, and long-lasting performance.

Standard nuts follow ISO 4032 / DIN 934 (metric regular), ISO 4035 / DIN 439 (thin jam nuts) and ASME B18.2.2 (inch). Custom heights, flange nuts and dome nuts are also made to drawing.

Hex nuts are typically made from 6061-T6, 2024-T4 or 7075-T6 hex bar. Grades are matched to the mating bolt to provide adequate thread strip strength.

Metric M2–M24 coarse and fine threads, and UNC/UNF #2 to 1 in, are available, with 6H or 2B/3B thread tolerance.

Aluminium threads have lower shear strength than steel, so an aluminium nut should be used only where the joint load is within its strip strength. Taller nuts or higher-strength alloys (7075) increase capacity.

Clear, black and colour anodizing, chromate conversion coating and natural machined finishes are available. Colour anodized nuts are popular for identification and decorative assemblies.

Yes. Aluminium is non-magnetic, making aluminium nuts suitable for MRI equipment, sensors and electronic devices sensitive to magnetic fields.

Use anti-seize compound, anodized threads or dry-film lubricant, especially when mating with stainless steel bolts.

Yes. Aluminium nuts are used on aluminium studs and terminals. Tin plating or conversion coating helps maintain low contact resistance.

Aluminium nuts weigh about one third of equivalent steel nuts, providing significant savings in aerospace, automotive and portable equipment.

Yes. Aluminium nylon-insert lock nuts and flange nuts can be supplied for vibration-resistant assemblies.

Threads are checked with go/no-go plug gauges, and across-flats, height and finish are inspected with calibrated instruments.

Yes. Custom sizes, heights, threads, knurls and markings are produced from an MOQ of 10 pieces.

Samples are typically available within 2–3 weeks and production within 4–6 weeks.

Please provide thread size, standard or dimensions, alloy, finish and quantity.
