Precision-Engineered Hot Stamped Components of Aluminium
Our hot stamped aluminium components are designed for superior strength and durability, ensuring reliable performance across various industrial applications.
High-quality hot stamped aluminium components engineered for optimal strength, precision, and performance in demanding industrial environments.
At Conex Aluminium Components, we manufacture premium hot stamped aluminium components using advanced stamping processes. These components are designed for use in automotive, aerospace, electronics, and heavy machinery applications. Hot stamping ensures high dimensional accuracy, enhanced mechanical properties, and resistance to extreme conditions. With a focus on customization, we offer tailored solutions to meet specific project needs, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional performance in every product.
Hot stamped components are closed-die forgings made by pressing a heated aluminium billet between shaped steel dies. The metal fills the die cavity, producing a near-net-shape part with continuous grain flow, high strength and a smooth surface.
6061 and 6082 are the most widely used general-purpose alloys; 2014 and 7075 are used for high-strength aerospace and automotive parts, and 6063 for electrical parts that need higher conductivity.
Hot stamping gives porosity-free parts with 20–30% higher strength and far better fatigue resistance than castings, while using much less material and machining time than cutting the same part from solid bar.
Electrical connectors and terminals, valve and fitting bodies, hydraulic blocks, bicycle and motorcycle parts, automotive suspension arms, brackets, handles and aerospace fittings.
Yes. After forging, heat-treatable alloys are solution treated, quenched and artificially aged to T6 (or T73 for 7075) to reach their specified mechanical properties.
Forged dimensions typically follow EN 586-3 tolerances (around ±0.3–0.5 mm on small parts). Bores, threads and sealing faces are then CNC machined to tight tolerances.
Yes. Because forgings are dense and free from casting porosity, they are ideal for valve bodies, fittings and manifolds that must remain leak tight under pressure.
Shot blasting, clear or colour anodizing, hard anodizing, tin or nickel plating and powder coating are available depending on application.
Inspection includes dimensional checks, hardness testing after heat treatment, tensile tests on sample parts, dye-penetrant inspection for laps or cracks and ultrasonic testing where specified.
Dies paid for by the customer remain the customer's property and are maintained by us for the production life of the part.
Hot stamping becomes economical from a few hundred pieces upward, and very cost-effective at thousands of pieces, because die cost is spread across the volume.
Yes. Trimming, CNC machining, drilling, tapping and finishing are carried out in-house so parts are delivered ready to assemble.
Yes. We design the forging, dies and machining allowances from your finished-part drawing, make trial forgings and submit samples for approval.
Forging dies usually take 3–5 weeks; production follows in 4–6 weeks after sample approval.
Please send the finished-part drawing or 3D model, alloy and temper, finish, required mechanical properties and annual quantity.
