We supply standard and custom extrusions – angles, channels, tubes, T-slot profiles, heat-sink profiles, rails and custom shapes – cut to length and CNC machined into finished parts such as frames, housings, brackets and enclosures.
6060 and 6063 are used for architectural, decorative and heat-sink profiles, 6061 and 6082 for structural parts, and 6005A for rail, solar and transport profiles.
T5 and T6 are the most common tempers. T4 is supplied when profiles need to be bent or formed and then aged.
Profile tolerances follow EN 755-9 or EN 12020-2 (for precision 6060/6063 profiles). Machined features are held to CNC tolerances, typically ±0.05 mm.
Yes. We cut, drill, mill, tap, punch and notch extrusions on CNC equipment to produce finished parts ready for assembly.
Extrusion dies are relatively inexpensive compared with casting or forging tooling, so custom profiles become economical at moderate volumes and reduce machining cost.
Anodizing (clear, black, bronze, colour), powder coating, brushing, polishing and mill finish are available.
Extrusions provide the cross-section directly, reducing material waste and machining time significantly for long, uniform parts.
Yes. Profiles can be stretch bent or roll bent, using suitable alloys and tempers to avoid cracking.
Mill lengths are typically up to 6 m; we cut to precise lengths with tolerances of ±0.1–0.5 mm.
Yes. 6060 and 6063 give excellent colour anodizing results for architectural and consumer applications.
Profile dimensions, wall thickness, straightness, twist and finish are checked against the drawing.
Yes, with end caps, brackets, fasteners and other accessories.
New dies take 2–4 weeks and production 4–6 weeks.
